iOS keeps every app in its own sandbox, so KittoCleaner clears its own cache and temporary files and shows your device's overall storage. For other apps it points you to Settings › General › iPhone Storage.

Yes. Scanning and reviewing always work. Free cleaning works offline once the device has been checked online one time, and Pro keeps working for 14 days between check-ins. Purchases, activation and update checks wait for a connection.

Each plan comes with a license key that covers a number of devices. Enter the key on each Mac or iPhone. When every seat is in use, deactivate a device on the license page or upgrade.

Website purchases can be refunded within 14 days for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly and lifetime plans. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Our Refund Policy explains how to request one.

Everything in the default selection is cache, log or build data that apps recreate when needed. Folders that could hold something you want, like Downloads or iOS Device Support, are off by default and labelled "Check first".

macOS protects the Trash and a few other folders. KittoCleaner only asks when it hits one of them, and the in-app guide opens the right System Settings pane.
